Each office is different most will not see you until 8w. You'll just need to call and see what their policy is.

I had a urine test right when I found out to confirm he pregnancy. They set my first appointment for 8w3d.

I went in to confirm at 5 weeks, had a dating U/S at 6 weeks, prenatal appt at 7w2d, and see my doc for an appt next week at 9 weeks.

Usually you go to doc when you first find out, they take bloods and urine to check for everything ranging from urine infection to HIV, to hepatitis, parvovirus, you might also get a date scan. Then first official booking is done around 10-12 week mark.

Had my first appt today to confirm my pregnancy with blood work etc I am few weeks out from my first real appointment. You should make an appt to at least confirm your pregnancy.
