There is no possible way anyone feels symptoms at conception. Anyone who think they do are delusional and overthinking.

I actually got horrible cramping during ovulation when normally I don't feel anything. Both times they ended in miscarriages around 9 weeks. Call me delusional if you want but the second time I knew I was pregnant weeks before I saw the BFP tests all from those cramps.

I know some people swear they know they are pregnant. The only time they say this is before testing and then they actually are.
