How did you tell parents?

I'm trying to think of a way to tell my mom she's going to be a grandmother and can not think of anything!

We gave this to both of our parents for Christmas

Wrapped up a pacifier and tied a note to it that said "grandma and grandpa, will you hold onto this for me until August 2015?" They loved it and were so shocked

We are giving Valentines with an announcement. We haven't figured out all of the details yet, but I've been looking through etsy and Pinterest for ideas. We are late tellers. I waited 20+ weeks with pregnancy #1. Id wait that long again, but I'm small enough I think I'll be visibly pregnant by then.

One idea I always wish we did was get everyone in a family photo and right before it's taken say, "one, two, three, (name) is pregnant!" My family doesn't take pictures, though.

We had our dog (1st grand-dog) come out with a note that said she was upgrading them to grandparents in 2015 with a pacifier in it. Was pretty cute, and many tears ensued ?❤️

Both sets of grandparents received these frames on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. They were wrapped up like a Christmas gift.
