So paranoid! *TMI PIC*

Firstly so sorry for the awful picture- I am in desperate need of advice - just hard to get a Dr appointment! Second  day of AF and every time I wipe I get the below! I do get clots now and again but nothing like this! Any thoughts? I was on clomid but came off in September to give my body a break so I doubt it's that ! I'm just very worried. Thanks in advance
