My partner and I have been together for over 4 years now. When we met, we lived in Utah. About 2 1/2 years ago we moved down to Arizona so he could work for his uncle and build a relationship with his brother. A few weeks ago I got a job offer in Utah where I'll make a lot more in a more credible position. Ever since we moved down here, we have always discussed moving back... But He wants to stay in AZ and try to find a better paying job (he doesn't like his current one) and be close to his brother. I'm not sure if I should still take it or stay. He thinks I am leaving him. Any thoughts as to what I should do? He is really closed off to talking about it at all. I need to tell my employer I am leaving today...
