I am exactly 5 weeks post-D&C. For the past three days I've had bad menstrual cramps, all my pms symptoms but no blood, not even a little bit. I've read that this is one of the tell-tale signs of ashermans/uterine scarring following a D&C. Does anyone else have experience with this and then went on to have a normal period? Or end up getting diagnosed with Ashermans? And either way, do you think I am worrying about this too soon and should wait for another 2-3 weeks before I panic?!
