It took me 3 days of extreme self control to not beat him with the brand new stainless steel frying pan set he had bought me a month earlier for my bday, and then on the 4th day I blew up and yelled and freaked out. We worked through it.

I believe firmly in once a cheater, always a cheater so I would leave immediately. if he really loved you, he wouldn't cheat, so there's nothing to "work through" if you ask me.

I say separate and leave, but I love my husband to death and can't imagine my life without him. I haven't had to go through this so I don't know what I would actually do. I'm guessing we'd end up in counselling and him on a tight leash till he earned my trust back.

My ex cheated, then called and proudly told me that he took a chics v-card and that there was a massive ass print blood stain on my couch......mind you I was on vacation in Ohio. He lied to my mother about the blood stain with "I got a bloody nose." I took my daughter and moved in with my mother three days after arriving home. He moved her in.... then asked her to marry him before bothering with our divorce. So uh.... yeah. Unforgivable.
