I know it's safe if necessary but I'm just worried, I had a course of amoxicillin for a sinus infection a few weeks ago and today just started another round for strep throat. I am in so much pain it's like razor blades when I try to swallow! I'm just about 8 wks along and feel like it's not a good thing to to be on meds especially twice already! Does anyone have any home remedies for soothing the throat? On top of the pain I'm an emotional basket case and have burst in to tears multiple times ? I feel like I can't catch a break
