Ttc multiples?

As someone with a science background, I am not sure there is a way to increase your chances of multiples, but I'm curious if anyone had tried any method of trying to get multiples and succeeded?

I'm currently working that way my biggest thing I'm doing is cassava 6 tabs a day and 5mg of folic acid which yes is well over the normal. I also gained weight because women with a bmi of 30 or up have a higher chance I drink whole milk 3 times a day and eat pineapple. Ive been using Preseed and charting and using opks. I do have a family hx of twins on my mothers side as well. I had one set but had vanishing twin syndrome and gave birth to my little Lilly. Crossing my fingers for this time I think that's it lol

Taking Clomid increases the chances of twins by 10%.
