How do you plan to give birth?

Question

For normal delivery, I mean a vaginal delivery but with all medical intervention (gynecological position, epidural, episiotomy etc). Physiologic birth, the vaginal birth but with the least possible medical intervention.

I had a drug free, intervention free birth at a hospital. I had a midwife and I highly suggest getting a doula if you want to go completely natural. I was very lucky and the nurse that was in the room had 3 natural births under her belt so she pretty much acted as my doula. I am forever grateful for her, because I'm pretty sure I would have gotten drugs if she wasn't so supportive. My husband was also supportive but I labored all night and he got tired and wasn't so focused, so the nurse was a lifesaver! You control your birth/labor not the Drs! Do your research. I walked around the hospital and sat on the birthing ball to help the process along. Good luck!

I really want a water birth next time I was high risk because I was induced and couldn't have it

Normal delivery. Sorry never heard of physiologic deliveries. It would be a normal delivery with freedom of movement and switching positions every few contractions including while pushing. It will be in a birth center. But if it becomes necessary I am a 3 minute transfer to the best hospital in the province directly across the street for a caesarean.
