Birth Control: 91 day pack vs 28 day pack?

Wondering what differences, if any, are experienced using a 91 day BC as aposed to a 21 or 28 day BC.

I hated the 91 day pack. I had a miscarriage  while taking it. It was aweful. The 28 always worked much better like clockwork for me. Never had any problems

The main difference is the withdrawal bleeding.

Some women struggle with the 91 day kind because their bodies are so accustomed to bleeding every month, they'll experience spotting. Other woman adjust fine.

Personally, I can't take any of them, too many side effects.
