I use it 1 time a day when I'm getting ready. I'm not a sweaty person at all. My hubby though needs to use it 2-3 times he gets sweaty fast.

I use Sure for women and dove body spray and hubby uses Sure for men deodorant and Linx body spray

Usually I forget lol I use a kind that's aluminum free because I don't want breast cancer

I have to use it  1-3 times as I sweat more when I work
