I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS, but my state took my medical insurance away and so I'm currently without.. Have any of you found a way to treat it (non medically) I heard changing my diet may help! What kind of diet should I go on? Please help.. I've wanted nothing more than to bare my own children my entire life and this is going to make that dream harder to achieve. )': please, any advice.
