When taking opk

I've heard you take up at the same time every morning and take a ovulation test and the same thing at night, is this true? Same with body temp?

I've always taken my OPKS between 11:30am-1pm. I generally get up and go pee in the morning about 730/8, then get my son ready for school, and come home and eat, and then I'll hold it till I really really have to go and take the test then. I heard of some woman taking it twice a day but I feel that's a waste and I've always gotten great results testing mid-day. Also never use first morning urine cuz the LH hormone is released in the am and should be in your urine by mid-day.

Ive heard it's best to take an OPK late morning, most people take two a day to not miss their surge. Anywhere from 10-11am to about 9-10 pm. However I took one this morning around 8:30 because I just had this "feeling" glad I did because I had an extremely positive result! I guess if you really are ovulating, it will detect it whenever you test.

Don't use fmu with an ovulation test. It's best to take an ovulation test later in the morning or any time after that during the day and at the same time each day. Bbt is to be taking when u first open your eyes every morning before u get out of bed.
