Anyone understand HCG levels?

So I found out I am pregnant on the 26th. Took a few tests along with a blood test on the 29th. They said my hcg level is 237.10 and it's very good. I've had 2 miscarriages so I'm uber nervous about this pregnancy.

Is anyone able to tell how far you are by hcg levels? I know it's typically from the first day of your last period but we only BD'd while AF was here haha. I just wanna know how far I am now due to not being able to see the doc for 2 weeks. It's driving me bonkers hahaha
