Should I be concerned?

I just got out of the hospital for some light bleeding and I remember that the doctor had told me that I had dilated to 1 cm last night.

I'm only 28 weeks and 2 days. Should I go back into the hospital for them to check it out or should I put myself in bed rest just to be safe?

I would definitely get it checked out. Better to go and them say you're fine, than to not go at all and worry. Hopefully all is well for you.
