There's a small chance it will affect your short-term fertility. If you think the benefits (celebration before pregnant) outweigh the costs (small chance of lowered fertility this cycle), then have some drinks. Happy 2015!

I've got a week to go till I can test and I had a couple last night (am in Australia so it's 9am here Jan 1st) I didn't get drunk but had a couple :) enjoy!
