So DH and I are pregnant and this is his 1st child. His dad and mom are not together and his dad lives out of town, so I was wondering what is a good way to surprise him and tell him he is going to be a grandpa?

What about getting everyone that local to get together then maybe face time or Skype the others and make one big cool announcement
