Happy New Year everyone!

My husband and I have been ttc for 8 months. I went off to get checked at the doctor, concerned that we hadnt had any luck yet. My ultrasound showed 17 cysts on my right ovary, 20 on the left. The doctor diagnosed me with PCOS, gave me some info, told me to lose weight and sent me on my way.

After reading the information and doing some googling, I've found that I dont have the majority of symptoms. I have regular periods (about 35 days per cycle), no abnormal hair growth, no acne, no unusual weight gain.... Is it possible to have these cysts, but not the syndrome?

Any thoughts?
