Early Pregnancy Loss- What to Expect

IVF-FET 12/18. Positive hpt on Christmas. Confirmed with labs 12/27. HCG was 50. Monday it was 53. Today it was 39. Dr says it is lost. I have had cramping since before hpt. I felt a weird sort of release and falling sensation in my abdomen yesterday and this feeling like that was it. I have not had ANY bleeding. Has anybody had a similar experience? I feel like I'm ready to get it over with.
