So here's the deal, we're getting married soon, and we're both very traditional people. BUT my family can trace its heritage back 460 years, and it just so happens that the name dies with my dad, who never had any sons, and every other bearing member is dead/female and elderly or married. It just so happens though, that my hubs hates his last name for multiple reasons (His dad ditched when he was a kid/it's a boring color name/blah blah blah). So we're considering him taking my name. He's cool with it, but I'm unsure about it. What do you think?
