Hi. I just found this a couple of days ago and now that I'm here, I thought I'd ask for some advice. Ever since I've been getting my period, my cramps are terrible. It hurts so bad that I can barely get out of bed or eat anything because I normally end up throwing up. I take Advil a lot, but it doesn't really help. I often end up having to cancel my plans, especially because my period has never been regular (sometimes with an entire month between cycles). Is there anything else that I could maybe do or medications that might help to try and take away the pain? I'm open to pretty much any suggestions.
