TTC after Mirena out and irregular periods

I had the Mirena taken out about 4 months ago and my periods have been all over the place and 2 months ago I took ovulation kits and never ovulated. I swore I was pregnant this month but now on day 2 of my "period" & super light but negative hpt. How long did it take for you to get regular and/or get pregnant after IUD removal? I unfortunately got my hopes up this month because all signs pointed to being pregnant with number 2. TIA
