TTC with hyperthyroidism and pcos

This is my 10th month ttc (I know it's not alot but I come from family where women take long to conceive or can't at all). I just found out two months ago I have pcos and just last week I have hyperthyroidism. I feel like giving up as I know both will give me trouble to conceive. My husband has a daughter from a previous relationships so this kills me.. I'm currently taking medication to treat both but they're making me feel super ugly and I'm vomiting literally everything I eat. The pills don't harm my chances of conceiving so i want to take them but i dont want to continue vomiting and that is the side effects they cause. Did any of you hear a positive story similar to mine and has conceived? Please it would really bring my faith back..
