Convinced something is wrong

I found out I was pregnant last week at about 4w3d. Now I'm 5w4d and FREAKING OUT every day now, thinking something is wrong with my pregnancy. I've had mild pain, nothing unbearable, and no spotting. My boobs hurt a lot at first and now they don't hurt at all. Do I have reason to worry about missed miscarriage or ectopic or blighted ovum or any of that? I can't see my doctor until the 14th and with the holidays they haven't even been in the office to take my calls. Should I go to urgent care?
