Exercise equipment

I've had sciatica ever since my first trimester. I am now 29 w and 6 days and it hasn't gotten any better. I recently went on a babymoon with my husband, and they had an exercise room with a stationary, upright bike. I thought I'd give it a try, and ended up having the best nights sleep I've had in months! I know regular biking isn't recommended, especially during the third trimester, but I've found the stationary bike to be extremely helpful in reducing pain in my legs at night.
