Ttc implantation bleed?

I've been having unprotected sex in the hope of becoming pregnant & I was stressing myself about it too much, decided not to monitor ovulation as it was upsetting me too much & my cycle lasted 47 days last month but think i brought it on myself, so anyway I got my period on 12th dec which lasted 5 days as usual. Not tested at all since then, tonight I have have a bit of spotting when I wipe and a dull back ache. These were my symptoms last year when I had an ectopic :( just wondering if anoyone thinks I could have missed that I ovulated @ this could be implantation bleeding? Stress I know lol
