Am I having a miscarriage??

Yesterday I passed a very long stringy clot of blood and today I am bleeding very heavily. My back hurts and I'm tired. I took tests before I was bleeding and they said negative though I was 1 week almost two past my expected period... I was stressed out because I had a important week at work that's why I thought I was late in the first place but now I'm second guessing myself...
