Too irregular?

Does anyone else experience a long cycle? I don't get my period for months, but when I do, it's not painful or anything. I'm 18, but I only get my period like 3-4 a year. Is that healthy?

I'm nearly 17 and was experiencing the same problem. if you're not already on the pill, talk to your doctor about being put on it! The pill could help regulate your cycle and make it less of a pain of not knowing when you're going to get it :)

Mine was like that sometimes at that age because I had just started getting it. It can take years to regulate. It could also be affected by diet, exercise, stress, etc. I would mention it to your doctor just to be sure.
