My husband isn't adopted but I went through screening. OB/GYN tested me for two things (which I forget it was forever ago), which needed both parents to be positive... He asked me if my hubs was adopted and I said no... My guess is if I said yes- he'd have him tested too... It's worth going through with it for the sake of a child (IMHO). Good luck!
