Unsure and worried.

Not sure what is going on. I feel the urge to urinate but nothing comes out. At first when I wiped there was a spot of blood. It's been an hour now and the spotting is now dark red and a bit clotty . We are ttc , but I have yet to test positive and AF isn't due for another week and a half. Any insight would be appreciated.
