Spotting!!!!!!!

My period started on December 15 -20. I got my yearly exam on the 22 and all my test came back good but then a couple days later i started feeling light headed and started having slight cramps. on January 2, i started spotting but i didn't realize until i wiped and today I'm still spotting and I'm unsure why I'm spotting and cramping. Could i be pregnant ?
