For prevention or getting rid of a light UT, drink cranberry juice. Something like 70% of UTIs can actually be solved without antibiotics, which you always want to limit the use of. I was surprised to find out that the cranberry juice worked for me last time I had one.

Yup sounds like a UTI. Try to drink more water and pee frequently. The Dr will prescribe antibiotics for the UTI.
