TTC and quitting smoking
Hi everyone! 
New here and hoping to make some friends along my journey!
Me and OH are in our first month TTC and I've decided to quit smoking to aid us along.
I'm currently using step 1 Nicorette 24 hour patches but taking then off at night and when we BD. Does anyone know if it's okay to use them?
Just want a bit of advice!
