Frustrating! Late period, tender nipples, negative blood test...

So I'm over 2wks late for AF, with extremely tender nipples - but a blood test yesterday at my GYN was negative (I happened to be there fory annual pelvic). She did run my FSH and its 3.6, which is excellent. I'm seeing a fertility specialist next week for some further testing - and making some very healthy changes to my diet - but this late period/sore nipples thing is so frustrating! (My doctor said it's probably just hormones related to whatever caused me to not get my period in December.)
