Heavy Periods!
I know everyone has heavy periods but mine is unusually heavy. I wear two pads at a time and it still leaks through. I've had to throw away 5 pairs of underwear. I also have to change my pads every 30 minutes. I've never used a tampon and last night I tried but it really hurt. Any advice on making my period lighter?
