I just started my period for the first time on New Year's <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> and have phy Ed on Monday.. I will not be swimming but I don't think pads are the most comfortable to begin with and now running? I would like to try tampons but am nervous to talk to my mom because this is my first period. Any suggestions?
