In laws...

JSM

Maybe it sounds harsh but personally, I do not want my in laws at the hospital while I'm giving birth. I don't want to think about them lingering outside or hear me yelling about contractions, I'm sure lots of women walk the halls to ease contractions or bring on labour (I'm not sure what the reason behind it is).

My MIL thinks it's appropriate to have a say in EVERYTHING. From carrying in my groceries to taking birthing classes shes always got to say something. Not to mention the fact that they both worry like crazy and if something was to go wrong they would blow it up 10 fold. My SO thinks I'm being rude and that if they are outside the room then it's up to them and I have no say in that, but I know for a fact if they are there that is not how it's going to go down. Any one else go through anything like this?
