Is it normal?

Hi, ive been curious lately so, i was exploring my body and found out my hymen texture (or at least what i think my hymen is) is spongy and almost white, can it be normal? Or i should run to my doctor?

Also some days ago i has a little diacharge that looked like jelly, not egd or gel texture but jelly, odorless and whte/transparent has someone experiensed something like that?

Im 25 not pregnant and not on the pill
