Morning sickness or sick??

Question

I am having trouble figuring out if I am just having morning sickness or if I am actually sick. I haven't had much sickness yet in my pregnancy, only a handful of times. Last night I couldn't sleep very well at around 4 I got up to throw up. I have been sick ever since then. I cannot eat or drink anything without it coming back up. I'm 8weeks.

Mine started during week 6 and gets slightly better and then worse. Varies day to day. Today was awful, puked 3 times throughout day and I'm on Zofran. So far 9th week has been the absolute worst. 😣 but, whatever it takes to make a healthy baby!!!

Have you taken your temp? Seems the easiest way to tell.

You could possibly have the flu. Either way just make yourself drink and eat something even if it does come back up. I had the flu for 2 days when I was 4 weeks. Baby needs you to eat/drink. I know you maybe miserable but it's what's best for your little one! Hope you feel better!

Mine started at exactly 8 weeks, 1 day. I went to the ob at 8 weeks and she asked if I'd had morning sickness. I said no. The next morning, bam! Then again, the stomach bug is going around in many areas so that could be it too. Good luck and feel better soon!
