Dr appt today :(

So I went to the Dr to get femara and i ended up seeing his PA I had never met her she came in she didn't even shake my hand when she walked in didn't introduce herself then i told her that i wanted to get on femara and she said Dr kunda doesn't give that one only Clomid (which i had already talked to him about it) then she says they couldn't give me anything until i do the opk's(which i was told doesn't work for girls with pcos) then she said that they couldn't give me anything until they do an ultra sound while I'm on my period.
