Went to my gyne today to confirm pregnancy and of course it was positive! I am a high risk pregnancy and will be seeing an mfm due to type 1 diabetes and heart disease. My mfm had said I needed my gyne to confirm and write a referral as they are a referral service only and my gyne is absolutely refusing to write the referral but when I explain why I need the referral ie my health conditions, they say that I am too high risk for them! Well no shit, excuse my language, that's why I brought my info for my mfm with me... Jeeze Louise!!! These pregnancy hormones got this mama on the war path!!! Sorry ladies just needed to vent a little!! Needless to say I have a phone call into my mfm for further instructions, just waiting to hear back...
