38 weeks 2 days bloody show and cramps!

I am 38 weeks and 2 days today i had a bloody show about 5 days ago, I keep having period pains, cramping, tightenings, sore lower back but just not in any patterns yet! I have got this pressure feeling in my bum tmi i know which comes and goes and ive had the odd bout of the shakes even though im not cold..off to the midwife in a bit i really hope i go into labor today because i dont know how much longer i can take of these feelings! It is like i am ready to go but she just needs that extra little push to kick start things, anyone else in a similar position??
