So there is this guy that i like and last year (2013) he started talking to me and at the end of that summer he asked me out but i said no because i panicked :P. Now he is sending smilies to me on Facebook (weird, i know) and i want to tell him i like him but i'm embarrassed and scared. I don't know if he even likes me anymore. So i'm wondering if you ladies could help me and tell me what to do and what to tell him?
