First month of ttc ☺

My period was on the 15th december till the 19th december and I ovulated on 26th 27th December. From the 19th I had sex every other day, 19th 21st 23rd 25th 27th 29th.. i started experiencing pains In my ovaries (like ovulating) around 4 dpo. I still have the same pain 11 dpo. Symptoms I have are ... sore breast. Headaches everyday. Light acne. Watery discharge. Spotting. High closed firm cervix. Fatigue all day. Eating alot more and I have put in a little weight....

Today I started to spot (light peachy colour) my basal body temperature was 36.35.c and I still have my pain on my right side as well as cramping??

Has anyone experience this in early pregnancy?? I did a pregnancy test but negative? Is it still to early?? I'm pulling my hair out lol
