Hey Hun why are you afraid of miscarriage or ectopic..? Did the doctor indicate that anything would be wrong?  My best advice to you is just relax try and destress and enjoy your pregnancy :) it's harder on you and your baby when you're stressed out. I had a previous miscarriage at 12 weeks and I started bleeding in the middle of the day after doing some chores I just knew something was wrong. Cramps didn't happen until the next day. And I went to the hospital. As long as you're not bleeding heavily or cramping or have severe pain, assume all is well and enjoy your pregnancy. Think good thoughts about you baby.That's what I'm trying to do :) I know it's hard. But try your best! Good luck ☺️

I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks. I didnt have any bleeding or obvious signs.  I only had one sharp cramp. 4 days later I went for a ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. I was devastated. I know it sounds weird but I kindve knew that I was going to have a miscarriage from the beginning. I dont want to scare you but dont expect the obvious signs...also keep positive. Pray to God that all thos negative thoughts dissapear. Im 6 weeks today and pray everyday for this little pea to hold on.

My first MC just started with bleeding after my first ultrasound at 8 weeks. Then the bleeding got thicker and there was very occasional cramping. No real pain like there was supposed to be. Then one night I went to tinkle and the whole little sac just fell out on 3/16. Total I bled 14 days. My second MC was just the same. I was only around 5 weeks and only knew I was pregnant for 1 before j started bleeding. Lost that one a couple days later on 7/7. I've heard some people experience excruciating pain but I never did. Just bleeding. Not sure why. Good luck to you. Hope you don't ever have to experience it.

I had an ectopic that was caught pretty early so I didn't have a rupture. My symptoms were bad cramps and light bleeding.

I had an ectopic that had ruptured. My first symptom, which I didn't know at the time, was my implantation bleeding. According to my dr my egg implanted in a blood vessel, which caused MAJOR bleeding. I thought it was just the heaviest period I had ever had, but about 3 weeks later, I had sharp, stabbing pains on my left side, near my ovaries. They would sometimes go away for a few hours, but when they came back I was doubled over in pain. I didn't know what to think, so I took a few Advil, cranked the heating pad up and tried to sleep it off. The next day, when I sat on the edge of my bed I felt like my insides were being pushed up and squished together. Finally the next morning on my drive to work at every tiny bump I was cringing with pain, so i went to urgent care where I had a positive pregnancy test, and no sign of a viable fetus or yolk sac. They sent me to the OB, blood tests that afternoon and 2 days later, then they found massive bleeding in my abdomen.

My first miscarriage I had bad cramps and bleeding started the following day. The second was a missed miscarriage and I found out at an ultrasound the baby had no heartbeat anymore. I need a d&c.
