I should be 5w5d today and just woke up to light bleeding with some tissue 😢 I know you can bleed some during pregnancy but I had a missed miscarriage in September and now I'm sure I'm having another m/c. Dr said its just a waiting game at this point to see what happens (if it continues or stops) so sad and scared.
