Back pain at work

Megan • Wed, Jan 07 • Trying for our third! First baby a miscarriage, chemical then rainbow. Second baby 9 months of trying 4 with clomid. Hoping for a quick easy pregnancy for #3

My back is starting to hurt and is really uncomfortable when sitting at my desk all day. Does anyone have any remedies for this to help when sitting for 8hrs??
