Irratated!

So I'm 40 weeks today, I've been having spotting and what I thought where contractions (bc they are ever so painful) since midnight last night. So I had my regular drs apt today and was checked only to be told that I'm dilated only a fingertip width and that my "contractions" were Braxton hicks. I thought that Braxton hicks didn't hurt, as to these "contractions" had me in extreme pain and couldn't walk. Plus I'm just irratated bc my dr hasn't said a word about induction...and everyone around me who's pregant has had their babies 😢
