Results?

B
Hey ladies! I have recently began a clean eating way of life and began exercising 30-60 minutes everyday. I know I am not going to get results right away, but how long does it normally take to see any kind of results? It's only been 6 days but I do notice myself less bloated.
Thank you!

Are you asking about weight loss? I have to tell you, I am naturally thin and gained 15lbs in college (130 normally and got up to 145, 5'6"). I started working out and eating clean and it took almost 8 months to see real results. Don't let this discourage you! It all dropped off at once and I've kept it off for 10+ years (still exercising and eating clean). What I'm trying to say is: Don't give up if it doesn't happen overnight!

I noticed in 2 weeks!!  My weight stayed the same but I think you loose inches first.  Make sure you rest your muscles everyother day so they have time to grow, I am on a routine i work out and if I want to skip a workout it's fine, I still feel fit, or at least I don't feel frumpy anymore.  Lol

Usually you should see results after 3 or 4 weeks depending on what you are eating and how you are exercising. Don't be alarmed if you start gaining a little bit of weight after starting a new exercise program since you will start to build muscle before burning fat, just keep it up!! Good luck

What's your definition of clean? If you're doing a whole 30, immediately. If your still eating grains, sugar, dairy, legumes then longer. Certain foods disrupt your body's ability to function properly. By eating the right foods you'll loose immediately. My last round of whole 30 I dropped 16 lbs in two weeks.
